Whether it involves changing habits, learning new skills, or considering community-based solutions like AA, Dharma Recovery, or SMART Recovery, we'll find the approach that best suits your needs. Addiction, in its various forms—be it substances, gaming, sex, codependency, gambling, etc.—affects us all, and my goal is to support you in finding the path to healing and recovery.
