Whether it involves changing habits, learning new skills, or considering community-based solutions like AA, Dharma Recovery, or SMART Recovery, we'll find the approach that best suits your needs. Addiction, in its various forms—be it substances, gaming, sex, codependency, gambling, etc.—affects us all, and my goal is to support you in finding the path to healing and recovery.

Sessions are dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. Through these proven methods, we collaborate to unravel ineffective behavioral patterns, enhance communication skills, practice mindfulness, and develop healthier ways of managing emotions.
