Throughout my career, I've been driven by a deep sense of service and a commitment to helping others navigate life's challenges. My journey began with volunteering in emergency rooms, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of medical trauma. During my time at the University of Pittsburgh, I had the privilege of working with veterans at UPMC and the Veterans Hospital, gaining valuable insights into their experiences.
After earning my bachelor's degree, I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I provided behavioral therapy services to schools and families. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I provided support to children and teens in schools, helping them cope with the unique challenges brought on by these unprecedented times.
My journey continued in Los Angeles, where I graduated with my master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, gaining my AMFT and APCC licenses. Here, I immersed myself in a diverse range of settings, including psychiatric units, non-profit organizations, private practices, and rehabilitation and treatment centers. By drawing on both my professional training and personal experiences, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for clients to embark on a journey of healing and growth.
